We are looking for a creative and skilled cocktail specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and techniques, and a passion for our patrons. Key responsibilities:

• Create and serve a wide variety of cocktails.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus.
• Educate staff and customers on different cocktail styles and ingredients.
• Ensure bar stock levels are maintained.
• Uphold all health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cocktail specialist or mixologist.
• In-depth knowledge of cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Strong creativity and a passion for mixology.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
